THE SUBSCRIPTION ORDER/S YOU CHOOSE WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU AS AN E-TICKET APPROX ONE WEEK AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.

When purchasing a PYO4 package, you will be asked which concerts you want to attend. Simply type the ensemble names for the concerts you choose, separated by commas, in the text field provided. For example - "Takacs, Busch, Terra,
Escher"

This only applies to the PYO4 (pick your own 4 concerts) series. For full subscriptions (8 concerts), please place "N/A" in the text field.

Once you have completed your order, a V-Tix Online representative will send your tickets via email or by Canada Post the following Friday or Monday. Please allow up to two weeks for mailed tickets.

FRIENDS OF CHAMBER MUSIC 2025/2026 SEASON – Subscriptions and Tickets

Friends of Chamber Music bring the world’s best chamber music to Vancouver. Welcome to our 2026/2027 season, offering you a series of outstanding concerts that feature internationally renowned artists playing extraordinary chamber music. Join our enthusiastic and devoted audience members – the Friends in Friends of Chamber Music. We started presenting top tier chamber music experiences in Vancouver in 1948 – 78 seasons ago – and the passion and excitement of live music continues to grow. As part of the community of Friends, you can enjoy gorgeous music played exquisitely by both new and returning chamber music groups. This season, we welcome back returning favourites the Takács and Escher String Quartets, as well as the Notos and Fauré Piano Quartets, and the Busch Piano Trio. Our audiences gave enthusiastic ovations to each of these groups when they played here before.

We also look forward to hearing the dynamic Terra and Dudok String Quartets, as well as the Sitkovetsky Piano Trio, each playing for Friends for the first time. Enjoy the variety, with four string quartets, two piano quartets, and two piano trios this season.

All concerts take place at the Vancouver Playhouse, 600 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, BC. All people entering the venue must comply with any public health or other VCT requirements in place at the time of the concert. No refunds or exchanges. All concerts are festival seating. Artists and programming are subject to change without notice.

Friends of Chamber Music is a not-for-profit volunteer-operated charitable society. A season's subscription purchase automatically entitles the purchaser to a one-year membership in the Friends of Chamber Music.

We are profoundly grateful for the support of our generous subscribers, donors, and sponsors. Ticket sales alone do not cover our full concert costs so your contributions help assure our future. All donations of $20 or more are tax deductible. Registered charity #18932474RP000. Donations can be made online using the “Canada Helps” link or by cheque in the mail.
